• Believe all students can learn at high levels
• Work together in collaborative teams
• Take collective responsibility for the success and well-being of each student
• Build meaningful relationships and a positive learning environment
• Provide collaborative and engaging learning opportunities

Our Collective Commitments

• We will be positive, contributing members of our collaborative team/the professional learning community.
• We will ensure all students learn the agreed-upon essential learning outcomes.
• We will monitor each student's learning on an ongoing basis through classroom and team-developed formative assessments.
• We will use evidence of students' learning to inform and improve our practice and to better meet the needs of individual students.
• We will seek out and share the most effective instructional strategies to support student learning. 
• We will keep an open line of communication with families
• We will personally greet each student daily and take a genuine interest in students' lives.
