REGISTRATION INFORMATION 

Dear Parents and Guardians,

PLEASE READ

Completing your child's registration is very important and is required every school year for all students, including returning students. Annual registration ensures we have the most up-to-date contact, emergency, and residency information so we can properly prepare for the new school year.

If you have not yet completed your student's registration, you will receive a phone call from our office as a reminder.

If you know your registration is incomplete, please provide the required documents as soon as possible. Documents may be emailed to gonzajj2@nv.ccsd.net or brought to the school office during registration hours, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Required documents

Returning Students:

- Application number
- Proof of address (current gas, water, or electric bill)
- Parent/Guardian ID


New Students to the District:

- Application number
- Proof of address (current gas, water, or electric bill)
- Parent/Guardian ID
- Birth certificate
- Immunization records

Important: Class placement letters will be sent on Thursday, July 30. If your registration is not complete, your child's class placement letter will not be sent until all registration requirements have been completed.

Please do not wait until Open House to complete registration. The office will be very busy, and if you are completing registration that day, you may not have enough time to visit your child's classroom and meet their teacher.

We encourage you to complete registration as soon as possible so your child is ready for the first day of school and receives their class placement information on time.
